Our client had identified eight strategic questions needing answers. Through a half-day facilitated planning meeting with informed stakeholders covering a range of topics, a profile of the company was developed that enabled conclusions at the end of the session regarding the eight questions. The report from the session provided recommendations and a clear path forward.
